Send a message!
The first message is often the hardest. You don't have to have the right words and you don't have to explain everything. Just let us know that you want to talk to someone.
We respond to people going through addiction, their families, and those looking for a path to a more settled life. We listen to you, without judgment, and tell you what the next step might be.
What happens after you write to us?
A human answers you, not an automated form. We ask you a few questions to understand where you are and, if you want, we can set up a first meeting. You are not obligated to anything and what you tell us stays between us.
For families
Often, the first to ask for help is not the addicted person, but someone close to them. If you are in such a situation, write to us. We can talk about what you can do, even if your loved one is not ready yet.
Note for emergencies
If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, call 112. This page is not an emergency service.
