By accessing or using the website, by submitting a form, by making a donation, or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, to the extent applicable to the action you perform.

2. Definitions

In this document, the terms below have the following meanings:

• “Congruent”, “we”, or “the association” refers to Asociația Congruent.
• “Website” refers to the congruent.ong/en domain and its associated pages.
• “User” or “visitor” refers to any person who accesses the website.
• “Customer” refers to the person who places an order for physical or digital products through the online store.
• “Donor” refers to the person who makes a voluntary donation to Asociația Congruent.
• “Products” refers to the physical or digital products available in the online store, if they are offered at a given time.
• “Services” refers to activities, programs, materials, events, or other forms of support communicated through the website, under the conditions described for each of them.

The website may be used for information, contact, donations, registration for activities, and purchasing products available in the online store. Please use the website in good faith, without affecting its operation, the rights of other people, or the activity of Asociația Congruent.

It is prohibited to use the website for illegal activities, to transmit abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unsolicited commercial content, content containing viruses or other harmful technical elements, or to carry out any action that could affect the security or availability of the website.

4. Information published on the website

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the website is clear, current, and accurate. However, the content on the website is informational in nature and may be modified, supplemented, or withdrawn when necessary.

Information about addiction, recovery, personal development, or emotional support does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric evaluation, nor emergency intervention. If you are in a crisis or emergency situation, contact specialized services and the single emergency number 112.

5. Programs, activities, and participation

Congruent’s programs and activities are presented on the website for informational purposes. The specific conditions of participation, schedule, available places, any contributions, group rules, and limits of intervention are communicated separately, depending on the activity.

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, suspend, or cancel an activity when organizational, safety-related, team availability, or other objective circumstances arise. In the case of paid activities, any refunds will be managed according to the conditions communicated for the respective activity and the applicable legislation.

An order is considered submitted after the required data has been completed and the order has been confirmed through the mechanism provided on the website. Confirmation of receipt of the order may be sent by e-mail.

Online payments are processed through payment service providers. Asociația Congruent does not request or store full bank card details. Transaction information may be processed by the payment processor and the bank, according to their policies and the applicable legislation.

9. Delivery

For physical products, delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer or through other methods communicated on the product page or at checkout. Please provide correct and complete delivery details: name, address, telephone number, and any details required by the courier.

If delivery cannot be completed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you for clarification. For digital products, delivery may mean sending a download link, access to material, or another electronic mechanism described on the product page.

10. Withdrawals, returns, refunds, and non-conforming products

The conditions regarding the right of withdrawal, product returns, refunds, and non-conforming products are described on the “Refund and Returns Policy” page, available on the website. That policy is part of this set of conditions applicable to the online store.

As a general rule, consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, with the exceptions provided by law and explained in the Refund and Returns Policy.

Donations to Asociația Congruent are voluntary and support the association’s activity. Donations do not represent purchases of products or services and, as a general rule, are not refundable.

For recurring donations, if this option is available on the website, cancellation or modification of the recurrence is carried out according to the instructions displayed in the account, in the confirmation e-mails, or by sending a request to [info@congruent.ong](mailto:info@congruent.ong).

The texts, images, graphic elements, page structure, logo, downloadable materials, and other elements available on the website are protected by copyright, trademark rights, or other applicable rights, belonging to Asociația Congruent or its partners, as applicable.
